Family members, friends, and members of the Millersburg community are mourning the heartbreaking loss of Renee E. Troyer, whose life was tragically cut short in a devastating crash on U.S. Route 62 in Holmes County on Sunday night.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the collision occurred at approximately 8:41 p.m. near Township Road 626 in Berlin Township. Authorities reported that Renee was driving a 2016 Honda Pilot westbound on U.S. Route 62 when the vehicle crossed the center line and collided with an eastbound 2018 Jeep Cherokee. Despite the rapid response of emergency personnel and first responders, Renee sadly succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The tragic accident has shaken the local community and serves as a painful reminder of how quickly life can change. While investigators continue to examine the circumstances surrounding the collision, family and friends are focused on remembering the woman behind the headlines.
